Ring in the year with a glamorous family-style spread priced at $95 per person to include a champagne toast at midnight and DJ’d after party.
The menu includes:
- An Appetizer Station with Lobster Bisque, Oysters, Tarragon and Cognac, Humus Dip, Eggplant Dip, Mixed Olives, Tzatziki, Pickled Vegetables, Roasted Sweet Peppers and Pita Bread and Artisan Breads.
- A Seafood & Ceviche Station with Shrimp, Mussels, Oysters and Sushi Roll Display (California, Spicy tuna & veggie)
- A Salad Station featuring Faro and Barley Salad, Tomato and Mozzarella, Kale Salad, Roasted Beet Salad and Orzo and Sundried Tomato Salad, a Carving Station with Seared Seabass seasoned with citrus nage and braised leeks, Roasted Chicken Breast with wild mushroom fricassee, Lamb, Braised Beef Short Ribs with roasted garlic, Roasted Porchetta with black cherry and pickled onion, and Roasted Filet with shallots and thyme reduction, Sides such as Truffled Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables, Roasted Brussels Sprout, Glazed Baby Carrots and Rice Pilaf
