A New Crab Menu Built for the Off-Season

Missing stone crab already? Truluck’s has you covered with the new Crab Crab Crab menu, available through mid-October. The chefs are sourcing and serving crab each scored for easy picking and presented chilled over crushed ice with the house specialty mustard and TL Louie sauce.

Happy Hour Every Single Day

Both the Miami and Fort Lauderdale locations are running Happy Hour in the bar daily from 4 to 6:30 p.m. with 50% off handcrafted cocktails, spirits, wines by the glass, and oysters. No waiting for the weekend required.

This month’s cocktail of the month is the Lychee Empress. Crafted with Elderflower Rose Gin, Carpano Bianco, lychee, fresh lemon, and raspberry. It’s $19.50 and only available through the end of May.

Through May 31, the seasonal Lemon Blueberry Custard Bread Pudding is on the menu. It’s warmed lemon-blueberry infused bread pudding is topped with vanilla bean ice cream, crème anglaise, blueberry sauce, and lemon streusel for $14.

Lunch Just Got Easier in Miami

The Miami location has launched a lunch-to-go program, letting guests order from a curated menu online and pick up at the restaurant. The lineup covers all the bases such as appetizers like Lobster Bisque ($14–$19) and Parker House Style Rolls ($6), handhelds including the Maine Lobster Roll ($29) and Crab Cake Sandwich ($26), and Chef Selects like the Petit Miso-Glazed Seabass ($42). Prix Fixe That Actually Makes Sense

The TRU Ninety-Two three-course prix fixe menu is available all night this spring and summer for $59. Starters, a choice of entrée (Jalapeño Salmon Béarnaise, Filet Mignon, Sesame Seared Tuna, and more), and dessert, all covered.

And every Sunday, Prime Rib Sundays takes center stage: a 14-oz slow-roasted, carved-to-order prime rib with shallot-rosemary jus and a classic baked potato, also as part of the TRU Ninety-Two format or à la carte at $59. Upgrade to 18 oz for $15.

Truluck’s Is Giving Back This May

In honor of Military Appreciation Month, Truluck’s is spotlighting its ongoing “Press On” partnership with the PTSD Foundation of America and Camp Hope. The residential treatment program in Houston supports veterans with combat-related PTSD. The initiative donates $1 for every espresso martini and French press coffee sold across all locations. In 2025, the program raised $70,000.
