Pack the sunscreen and the cowboy boots. Following its inaugural edition in 2025, Morgan Wallen’s Sand In My Boots festival is returning to the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama on May 21 – 23, 2027.
Presented by Morgan alongside AEG Presents, the music festival and beach vacation will once again invite fans into Morgan’s world, bringing together his favorite artists, musical influences, and personally curated experiences against the backdrop of the Alabama coast.
“Even Better This Time”
“One thing I’m looking forward to the most about bringing Sand In My Boots Festival back is being able to have new concepts on stage and trying to elevate the experience overall for the fans, myself and other artists on the bill,” Morgan shares. “I think it’s going to be really top-notch and we’re going to try to do it even better this time.”
That’s a high bar to clear. Sand In My Boots made its sold-out debut in May 2025, bringing together some of the biggest names in country music alongside leading artists from hip-hop, rock, alternative, and electronic music.
The inaugural edition was headlined by Morgan, Post Malone, Brooks & Dunn, and HARDY, with a lineup that also featured Ella Langley, Riley Green, Bailey Zimmerman, T-Pain, Diplo, Wiz Khalifa, The War on Drugs, 2 Chainz, Three 6 Mafia, and more. The wide-ranging bill gave fans a window into Morgan’s musical influences, bringing together artists and audiences from across genres for three days on the beach.

Sand In My Boots is more than a traditional music festival. Beyond the music, Sand In My Boots pairs the atmosphere of a major music festival with the laid-back spirit of a Gulf Coast getaway. Set against the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores, fans can expect three days of live music, beachfront amenities, swimming pools, beach clubs, and a range of premium experiences to be revealed in the lead-up to the event.
Giving Back to Alabama
Following Sand In My Boots 2025, the Morgan Wallen Foundation (MWF) donated over $200,000 in instruments to five schools in Alabama. The gift is part of the foundation’s ongoing commitment to give back to the communities Morgan visits on tour, which has resulted in over $2 million worth of instruments donated to schools in need across Morgan’s U.S. touring cities.
