Miami is raising a glass again. ¡Salud! Miami, the citywide cocktail celebration created to support and spotlight Miami’s hospitality community, returns October 1-31, 2026, for its second year, bringing together more than 50 bars, restaurants and hotels across the city for a month of exclusive ¡Salud! cocktail menus, discounted drinks and special programming.
Throughout October, participating venues will offer exclusive ¡Salud! cocktail menus featuring discounted cocktails before 10 p.m., giving locals and visitors a reason to explore Miami’s bar scene while driving traffic and filling bar stools across the city. From award-winning cocktail bars and acclaimed restaurants to luxury hotels, rooftops and neighborhood favorites, the program makes it easier to discover new destinations, revisit longtime favorites and support the people and places behind Miami’s hospitality industry.
Following a strong inaugural year that brought together 65 participating venues in 2025, ¡Salud! returns with a fresh 2026 lineup spanning neighborhoods across Miami.
A Star-Studded Lineup
This year’s roster brings together some of Miami’s most celebrated bars, restaurants and hospitality destinations, including ViceVersa, recently named Best U.S. Hotel Bar; Café La Trova, recognized among North America’s 50 Best Bars; longtime award-winning cocktail destination Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Co.; Groot Hospitality’s Gekko and Casadonna; Macchialina; Ball & Chain; Fooq’s; Vecinos; Hakkasan Miami; Matador Bar at The Miami Beach EDITION; Rose Bar at Delano Miami Beach; Lost Boy Dry Goods; Mama Tried; Tropezón; Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery; Brother’s Keeper and more.
From Miami Beach to Coral Gables and across the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods, ¡Salud! gives guests a month-long guide to exploring Miami’s bar scene while spotlighting the bartenders, beverage teams and hospitality professionals behind it. Beyond the discounted cocktail menus, additional events, neighborhood activations and special programming will roll out throughout October.

The Team Behind the Toast
The team behind ¡Salud! is deeply rooted in Miami’s hospitality and cultural landscape. Gabriel Urrutia, FIU Hospitality Professor of Spirits, author of Miami Cocktails and Wine Enthusiast Tastemaker, has long championed Miami’s bar and beverage scene; Joshua Wagner, founder of Wagner Hospitality, is the hospitality entrepreneur behind venues including Vecinos and Medium Cool; and LP Steele, CEO of Miami-based brand experience agency POPLIFE, has helped create some of the city’s most recognized cultural and nightlife experiences. Joining them for year two is Seth Browarnik, founder of World Red Eye, who has spent more than two decades documenting and helping shape Miami’s hospitality, entertainment and nightlife culture.
“After a long, hot summer, October is a time to grab your friends, pull up a bar stool and enjoy cocktails from the top bars in Miami,” says Wagner.
